What is the delivery time? +
The delivery time is stated on each product page. If it says “Contact for delivery time” or similar, it means the supplier has not provided an exact delivery time. You are always welcome to contact us, and we will check it for you.
Can I see your products in person? +
Yes, you can. We have Denmark's largest showroom for hairdressers, where you can experience the products and get advice. Book your visit here.
Can I get help with decorating my salon? +
Yes, we can. We help hairdressers daily with designing their salons. If you have floor plans, measurements, or pictures, please feel free to send them to us so we can advise you in the best possible way.
Can I get an extra discount? +
We work with honest prices and buy in bulk to offer great prices and discounts from the start. You get the same price when ordering online as over the phone.
Psst: If you add 5 products to your cart, you automatically get an extra 10% discount. We save money when you shop with us in bulk, and we pass those savings on to you.
How will my order be delivered? +
Smaller packages are shipped with GLS and typically delivered within a few business days if the item is in stock. Larger furniture, such as washing units, is delivered by freight carrier on a pallet to the curb unless otherwise agreed in advance. You choose the delivery method yourself at checkout.

How can I pay? +
You can pay by card, invoice, or EAN. If you pay with EAN, the number must be entered in the order note at checkout.
When paying by card, you will always receive an invoice for your accounting. When paying by invoice, the invoice is generated manually and therefore not sent automatically upon ordering.
In selected countries and regions, you can request to split your payment.
Do I have to pay VAT? +
Yes, when you shop with us in Denmark, you must pay VAT.
If you order from countries other than Denmark, prices are shown including 0% VAT (VAT exempt). This is so you don’t have to handle VAT and any reporting in your own country.
How do I return an order? +
If you wish to return an order, it must first be notified and approved by us. After that, the order should be sent/shipped to:

Returns must be made within 14 days.
Can I return made-to-order products? +
Made-to-order products are produced specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned. They are, of course, covered by the same warranty as all other products.
