As head of customer success, his role is to ensure that every customer has a personal and positive experience, whether it is a simple question over the phone or an entire salon that needs to be planned from scratch. You can get personal advice directly from Klaus, one of the industry’s best-known experts in salon furnishings.
Anja – designer
Anja is the mother of the family and is responsible for design at Just Add People. With her eye for detail, she helps salons create welcoming and functional working environments that make everyday life better for both staff and customers. Anja’s sense of the bigger picture also ensures that new furniture and solutions fit naturally with the range we already offer, giving your salon a cohesive look instead of a collection of random individual purchases.

Mads – responsible for delivery
Mads is the youngest son and responsible for making sure you always receive your order on time. He coordinates the logistics so deliveries run smoothly and without unnecessary delays. Mads was also the first person in Denmark to be trained in the Head Spa concept by Takara Belmont, so he is ready to offer advice if you are considering adding Head Spa to your range of treatments.
Uncle Ib and the history of the house
As a small fun detail, the house where the company originally began was designed by Uncle Ib. Creativity runs deep in the family, and we still believe it is reflected in the solutions we offer our customers today.
