What you need to know
We deliver to business customers throughout Europe, England, and Norway. Delivery time is 1-14 business days depending on the item and your location. We primarily sell to business customers, so the 14-day consumer protection does not automatically apply, but we are always open to dialogue. Made-to-order products cannot be returned. Delivery
Delivery time
Your order is normally delivered within 1–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on the item and your delivery address.
Shipping solutions
We ship goods with GLS (business), PostNord (business), Rafn Transport, and for pickup in our showroom in Viborg. Rafn Transport covers all of Europe, England, and Norway and is primarily used for larger shipments as well as assembly and setup deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight and price.
Track & trace
You will always receive a track & trace number for smaller orders so you can follow your package from our warehouse to the delivery address. For larger shipments, delivery is planned with the carrier and you will be updated.
Returns
B2B trade
We primarily sell to business customers; hairdressers, barbers, and beauty professionals. For business purchases, the consumer protection law's 14-day right of withdrawal does not automatically apply. However, we are always open to dialogue if you wish to return an item. Made-to-order products
Items that are produced or customized specifically for your order cannot be returned. This will be clearly stated on the product or order.
Condition of the item upon return
If we agree on a return, you are liable for any reduction in the item's value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function. Return shipping is paid by you as the customer. JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS assesses the condition of the item upon receipt.
Warranty
2-year warranty
You have a 2-year warranty according to Danish sales law. The warranty covers defects in material, manufacturing, and software.
How to make a claim
Defects and faults must be reported to us within a reasonable time after discovery - a maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. Fill out the form for the fastest response time or contact us at hello@justaddpeople.dk or phone (+45) 32 25 60 60.
Exceptions
The right to claim warranty is voided by incorrect or inappropriate use of the product. Claims will not be accepted if the item is returned with cash on delivery.
