What you need to know

You are dealing with a Danish company, and all prices are stated without VAT. Payment is only charged when your order has been dispatched. We primarily sell to business customers. If you have questions about returns or complaints, you are always welcome to contact us.

Payment

Payment methods

We accept payment with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, and other local payment options through Shopify Payments.

When is payment charged?

Payment is only charged to your account when the physical product has been dispatched or when a digital product has been created. Other terms may be stated in your order or agreed separately. For made-to-order products, payment may be charged before production begins.

Prices and currency

All prices are stated without VAT. The applicable VAT rate in your country is added at checkout or omitted when purchasing with a valid VAT number. The website displays prices in the currency corresponding to your country – including Danish kroner (DKK), euro (EUR), Norwegian kroner (NOK), and other European currencies.

Secure payment

We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol. Your payment information is protected and cannot be read by third parties. The entire website also runs with SSL encryption.

Delivery

Delivery time

Your order is usually delivered within 2-14 business days from dispatch.

Shipping solutions

We ship goods with GLS business, Danske Fragtmænd, an external moving company, and an external assembly company. Pickup in the showroom can be selected at checkout. The shipping cost is calculated based on the order's weight and price.

Delivery with or without distribution

At checkout, you can choose whether the package should be delivered with distribution (to your door) or without distribution (to the nearest pickup point).

Track & trace

You will always receive a track & trace number for smaller orders so you can follow your package from our warehouse to the delivery address. For larger orders, your delivery is planned with a carrier who usually contacts you and keeps you updated regarding delivery.

Right of withdrawal

B2B trade

We primarily sell to business customers (hairdressers, barbers, and beauty professionals). For business purchases, the consumer protection law's 14-day right of withdrawal does not automatically apply. However, we are always open to dialogue if you for any reason wish to return an item. Made-to-order products

Items that are produced or customized specifically for your order cannot be returned. This applies whether you are purchasing as a business or private individual. It will be clearly stated on the product or order if this is the case.

Condition of the item upon return

If we agree on a return, you are liable for any reduction in the item's value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function. Return shipping is paid by you as the customer. JUST ADD PEOPLE ApS assesses the condition of the item upon receipt.

Warranty

2-year warranty

You have a 2-year warranty according to Danish sales law. The warranty covers defects in material, manufacturing, and software.

How to claim warranty

Defects and faults must be reported to us within a reasonable time after discovery - a maximum of two months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. Contact us at hello@justaddpeople.dk or phone (+45) 32 25 60 60. We cover reasonable return costs and refund reasonable shipping expenses related to justified claims.

Exceptions

The right to claim warranty is voided by incorrect or inappropriate use of the product. Claims will not be accepted if the item is returned with cash on delivery.
