Something has happened in Viborg
The showroom has been updated with new displays, more products, and a bar you’ll want to linger at. Read more and see it for yourself.
A building where the hairdresser is the guest
Most hairdressers spend their days looking after others: welcoming people, pouring coffee and making them feel comfortable. Just Add People in Viborg, Northern Europe's largest showroom for hairdressers, is designed for the opposite. Here, you, the hairdresser, are the one being welcomed. This is no coincidence. The building was designed by architect Ib Erik Sørensen, and he made no secret of what it was meant to do:
The most important thing is that we create a place where people can feel good and where they dare to dream big.

You come for a quick look and stay for several hours
In the middle of the building, you'll find Ved Torvet, where there's coffee, tea and something sweet, and where you can sit down before you've even seen a piece of furniture. You come to look at furniture and end up with so much more.

A building that continues to evolve
This year, the building has had a fresh new look. Renowned international brands such as Greiner, Kiela and Welonda have moved in with their beautiful furniture, and SuperTex, the first new upholstery for the industry in many years, is something you can feel with your hands.

The building also, of course, houses iconic furniture such as the Apollo barber chair from Japan's Takara Belmont.

DesignLab
In DesignLab, you can see and feel all the surfaces and upholstery types. Upholstery, colors and curtain samples are gathered in one place, so you can compare them, move things around and see how they look in your own salon, without anyone rushing you.

The shelves in the showroom are filled with hair care products from IdHAIR, Salon Support, Design Professionel and Pact Nordic, while the curtains and floors were created in collaboration with GardinHuset and Garant.

It’s the people who make the showroom
The best thing about the showroom is not the furniture, but the people who stop by. Guests write a message on the signature wall, including “Wow!” and “Do you!”. Behind it all is a family that has been designing salons for more than 30 years and handled the construction and interior design of the showroom themselves. There is also a little surprise in the toilet that you can look forward to discovering for yourself.

See it for yourself
The showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, and you are welcome to drop by free of charge and without obligation. You can walk in from the street, or book an appointment so an advisor is ready to help with your specific project. You can also read more about the showroom. Feel free to write to me if you would like to know more.
