Meet Ib Erik Sørensen
Ib Erik Sørensen, or Uncle Ib, as we called him, was an architect all his life. He designed with joy and a focus on how people would use his projects. This is clear in the inspiration house he created for us: a house where hairdressers don't just look at furniture, but feel who they are and where they want to go. Ib understood that architecture is not just about spaces, but about atmosphere, flow and the feeling of belonging. His work helps hairdressers every single day, and we feel his presence in everything from the light in the ceiling to the way the rooms are connected.
The most important thing is that we create a place where people can feel good and dare to dream big.
Ib makes a difference
Ib designed Scandinavia's largest inspiration house for hairdressers and created a place where ideas grow and people dare to dream bigger. In collaboration with Just Add People, he created a showroom that not only displays furniture, but helps people. Ib passed away in 2025, but his spirit and vision live on every day when new people enter the house and find inspiration, exactly as he wished.
