Meet Victor Fontanez

Victor started out in his mother’s garage in North Carolina. Not to become world-famous, but to earn a little extra money. Things quickly took off when he discovered that being a hairdresser/barber could be much more than just a job. It became a way to meet new people and make a difference. With humility, Victor has used his talent to inspire millions and proved that a barber with a pair of scissors and a voice can change lives.

I believe that whatever your passion is, there’s a way to use it to make a difference in the world.

Victor makes a difference

Victor has opened up an entirely new perspective on what it means to be a barber. On a mission to make the world a better place, one conversation at a time, he has transformed haircuts into safe spaces for vulnerability, healing and hope. His passion, faith in God and authenticity inspire a new generation and remind us all that it’s not about where you start, but where you dare to go. A true inspiration in the industry.
