Meet Katrine Støvring Christensen
Katrine has been a hairdresser since she was 16. She has worked backstage at fashion weeks, taught internationally and won a bronze medal at the World Championships with the Danish national hairdressing team. But today, you will find her in her own studio, ASTRO.
ASTRO is a one-person studio in a collective shop, where Katrine works with colour, technique and cutting with a focus on detail. But it is not only the hair that is at the centre. It is the entire experience. For Katrine, it is important that you, as a client, feel safe and seen.
With 19 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, it has been important to me to create a stress-free space where there is time to immerse yourself and where I handle the entire process from start to finish.
Katrine makes a difference
Katrine is now certified in Japanese Head Spa, and it makes a real difference for her clients. Head Spa is a treatment focused on well-being, scalp health and mental relaxation. It is a technique based on Japanese traditions and modern technology, creating an experience many people have never tried before.
With this certification, Katrine shows that she not only has great style, but also delves deep, gets geeky and goes all the way to offer something extra: a break from everyday life and an eye-opener to the fact that the nerves in your scalp and your mental health are actually connected.
At ASTRO, Katrine gives you her time, presence and an experience that feels like floating through your own universe of well-being.
